The TS EAMCET is a very well-known state-level entrance examination which is conducted by JNT University, Hyderabad for granting admission in the first-year courses of engineering/ agriculture/ medical at several governments and private colleges/ universities in the State of Telangana. TS EAMCET 2020: Application Form
The application form of TS EAMCET 2020 has been available from 21st February 2020 for the Registration procedure. The application was available online and the candidates were asked to visit the official website to complete the registration. The students were also allowed to fill the application form by visiting the nearest TS online centre. The last date for submitting the application form without late fee was till 10th June.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidate who is interested in applying for TS EAMCET 2020 examination must be an Indian national or else the cardholder of PIO/OCI. It should be necessary for applying candidates to belong to Telangana or the state of Andhra Pradesh. The candidate must have completed his/her 17 years of age as on 31st December 2020. For the Engineering and Biotechnology programmes, candidates must have passed their 10+2 level with PCM.

Exam Pattern
The TS EAMCET 2020 examination is going to be conducted in CBT mode and there will be 160 multiple choice questions in both engineering and agriculture entrance test. Each question will carry one mark and in total it will be of 160 marks. Candidates will be asked to answer all the questions with three hours’ time phrase. The exam paper is going to be in different languages such as English/Telugu or English/Urdu. For each correct answer, one mark will be allotted and there will be no negative marking for the wrong answer.
Syllabus
The TS EAMCET 2020 Syllabus includes several topics from 10+2 level. You will be asked the questions from the subjects of Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry. The complete and detailed syllabus of TS EAMCET 2020 is available at the official online portal, all those candidates who are going to appear in the examination can check the complete syllabus from the website. The Syllabus is going to be different for the engineering as well as for the medical/agriculture streams.
Preparation Tips
Candidates who are going to appear in the examination of TS EAMCET 2020 must prepare a proper timetable which they should follow wholeheartedly. Test your preparation by taking part in several online or offline mock tests. Solve the previous year question papers along with sample papers as well.
Answer Key
The conducting body of TS EAMCET 2020, JNTU Hyderabad, is going to release the answer key on the official website. This will help the students to compare their answers from the ones that are available in the answer key. With the help of answer key, candidates can get an estimate of probable scores that they can get in their result. If in case you have any doubt or you disagree with any of the answers that are provided in the answer key, candidates can raise the objection to the authorities.
Cut-Off Marks
As soon as the examination will be conducted by JNTU Hyderabad, the cut-off marks for the same will also get released within a few days. Only those candidates who will get equal or more than the cut-off marks are going to qualify the TS EAMCET 2020 as it is the minimum qualifying marks that candidates must score to crack the exam.
Application Fee
As far as the application fee of TS EAMCET 2020 is concerned, it was available for Rs. 800. However, for the candidates of ST/SC, the application fee was of Rs. 400. Candidates for both the streams have to pay Rs. 800 (SC/ST) and Rs. 1600 for other categories. The applicants were asked to pay the fees through online mode via net banking/debit/credit card or else at any TS (AP) Online centres.
Admit Card
The admit card for TS EAMCET 2020 was released on the official website and candidates can download their hall ticket by visiting at official online portal- tsche.ac.in. Candidates will be asked their credential such as Registration Number and Date of Birth after which their hall ticket will be displayed on their screen which they can also download it. The admit card will contain the details of your name, father’s name, exam date and time, examination centre, photograph, the signature of the candidate, etc. It is compulsory for each candidate to bring the admit card to the examination hall.
Result
The result of TS EAMCET 2020 is going to be announced by the JNTU Hyderabad, which is also the conducting body of the examination. It will be released on the official website of Telangana EAMCET. Candidates must take note that the results of engineering and agriculture & medical papers are going to be released separately. In order to check and download your final scores, candidates have to enter their Registration No., Hall Ticket No. and captcha code and their result will be displayed.
Counselling
TS EAMCET Counselling is going to commence soon after the result will be announced for those students who qualified for the examination. One must take note, it will be held separately for engineering as well as for the agriculture programs. The documents of the qualified candidates will also be evaluated in the counselling process. The candidates are going to be called for the admissions as per to their ranks secured in TS EAMCET 2020.
