SUAT 2020: Application Form, Eligibility, Dates & Pattern

Sharda University conducts SUAT examination every year to offer admission to the applicants in several programs in the Engineering, Pharmacy, Management, Law, among many. For this year session, the application form has been released online for interested students to get registered. This university level entrance exam is a gateway for many students to get admission into B.Tech, MCA, BCA, MBA, etc. courses.

In order to get admission in the University and its affiliated colleges, interested candidates need to qualify this entrance examination. If the candidates don’t want to appear in SUAT then they can also apply for admission based on national level scores. Today, we will give you information about SUAT 2020 Application Form, important dates, admit card, exam pattern, exam result among many.

SUAT 2020: Application Form

The application process of SUAT 2020 has been extended till 31st July 2020 which earlier started from 2nd December 2019.  The Application Form is available at the official site of the university and the candidates can also access it through offline mode as well. In the application process, candidates have to go through many steps such as registration, provide personal details, fee payment and uploading documents & images. Candidates who are applying through offline mode have to first buy the application form which they can get from the university campus.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for SUAT 2020 differ as per to different programme which we have listed below:

  • For the B.Tech Programme, candidates must have cleared their 10th (with minimum 60%) and 12th level (With minimum 70%). Applicants must have scored qualifying marks in their PCM/PCMB, Computer Science/ PCB for the Biotechnology subjects. Their minimum age should be 17 years of age at the time of admission.
  • For the M.Tech Programme, the applying candidate should have completed his B.E/B.Tech / M.Sc. in Environmental Science from a recognized university or board with the minimum qualifying marks of 60 per cent.
  • For MBA Programme, the applicant must have qualified their graduation with proficiency in English with at least 50% marks from a recognized university or board.

Furthermore, candidates can also apply based on their CAT or MAT Scores. Minimum MAT percentile score must be 75 per cent and 65 per cent should be for CAT.

Exam Pattern

The entrance test of SUAT 2020 is going to be conducted in online mode which will include the total number of 100 MCQ type questions. Each question will carry four options and candidates have to select one from them. To solve the question paper, candidates are going to get a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes. There will be no negative marking in the SUAT 2020 entrance test.

Syllabus

Syllabus for Under Graduation of SUAT 2020 entrance test is going to be on the basis of class 11th and class 12th CBSC prescribed syllabus. It is going to include topics from the various subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Maths, English communication and General Aptitude.

For the Post-Graduation syllabus of SUAT 2020 PG, it will be on the basis of 10+2+3 syllabus. There will be many topics that would be asked from various subjects like General Awareness, Quantitative aptitude and Logical reasoning and English communication. Preparation Tips

Candidates who are going to appear in SUAT 2020 examination have to go through the complete syllabus at first. On the basis of their syllabus, candidates must prepare the time table so that they can cover all the topics. Make short notes from each topic and solve sample papers and previous year question paper in prescribed time to improve your speed and to check your preparation as well. Make sure to revise from your notes regularly.

The examination centre for SUAT 2020 will be at several states of India such as Andhra Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Assam, Bihar, Delhi, Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Orissa, J&K, Kerala, MP, Punjab, Chhattisgarh, Tamil Nadu, Up, West Bengal, Rajasthan, among many.

SUAT 2020 Slot Booking

After Application process and registration, the SUAT 2020 slot booking process will begin. In this process, the candidates are asked to log in and book their examination slots as per to their choice. They can select the exam dates, city, centre, test date as well as the time slot. In order to log in, the candidate is required to key in their user id & password. After that the SUAT slot booking screen is going to appear on the screen where the applicant can make their own choice for slot booking.

Application Fee

The SUAT 2020 Application Fee can be paid online via net banking/ debit/ credit card. For the offline mode, candidates have to pay the fee through DD drawn in the favour of Sharda University payable at Greater Noida. Admit Card/Hall Tickets 

After the slot booking procedure, the authorities are going to release the SUAT 2020 Admit Card on the official site. Candidates can check and take the print out of it for further use at the time of examination. It is compulsory for each candidate appearing in SUAT 2020 to bring their admit card along with their passport size photograph and ID proof at the examination hall on the day of examination.

Result Announcement 

SUAT 2020 Result will be released online at the official site of Sharda University by the authorities. In order to check their result, candidates have to visit the official site by entering their login credentials such as their application number. After entering correct credentials, candidates can have access to their result. The successful candidates will move on to the next step i.e., counselling and admission process.

Counselling & Admission Process

All the qualified candidates will be called out for counselling process with their documents which will be verified in this process. SUAT 2020 counselling procedure is scheduled to begin in August 2020. There will be interview rounds which are going to be held for the candidates who want to pursue an MBA, GD & PI courses. Seat allotment will be on the basis of the University’s reservation policy along with many other factors.
