There are mainly two ways through which you can pay your e-challan i.e., online and offline, and we will be explaining to you these two methods down below:

Online Method

There are primarily two steps for making e-challan payments online. You can either pay it from their official site or through the Paytm application.

Process 1

  1. In the first process, you must visit the online E Challan official portal.

  4. Once you have provided all the asked details, you must select your payment method.

In order to find the information regarding your pending transaction, you must visit the official E Challan website. After that, follow the guidelines which we are going to provide below:

  1. Now on the home page, you should click on the option that says “Check pending transaction.”
  2. After you click on that option, a new page will be displayed on your screen.
  3. On that page, your vehicle and Challan number will be asked. So, please provide the correct details in the designated place.
  4. Once the process is completed, all the related details regarding your pending transaction will be displayed on the screen. Now, you can check all the pending transactions and can make the payments accordingly in time.

What to do After Receiving the Wrong E Challan?

If there is some situation where you have received the wrong Challan or related message, then you should not panic as it can be corrected easily. For correcting this mistake, you must go to the nearest traffic police station and provide the officials with all the required information on it.

After confirming the details, the traffic police officials will cancel your challan and you will not be asked to make any extra payment for correcting it.
