The Examination of CMC Vellore 2020 has been postponed for the courses of UG and PG. This is an entrance exam which is held every year by the CMC for those students who are interested to pursue their studies in several UG/ PG/ Diploma courses. Christian Medical College which is also popularly known as CMC Vellore is a well-known medical college that has been situated in Vellore, India.
CMC Vellore itself conducts its own university level entrance examination by providing admission in its campus. Though, for the admission of those students who want to pursue into MBBS/ BDS course, there will be NEET examination scores to be considered. CMC Vellore 2020: Application Form
The application form of CMC Vellore 2020 was made available online for the registration process starting from 12th February 2020 and the process was closed on 26th March 2020. In the registration procedure, a candidate was asked to apply for a maximum of 7 courses in group A whereas, in Group B, the maximum courses that they can apply were five with two entrance tests. The application form was made available online on the official site for the candidates to apply.
The candidate must be of Indian nationality and have a residence of the state of Tamil Nadu. The minimum age of the candidate to apply for the exam is at least 17 years as on 31st December 2020 and the maximum age should not be more than 25 years as on 7th May 2020. For the UG courses, the candidate must be intermediate pass from a notable board/university with minimum 5 subjects in intermediate with the subjects as a compulsory subject such as biology, physics, chemistry and English. For PG course, the candidates applying for the examination must have 10+2 or bachelor’s degree in the corresponding field in which they are applying for the admission.

For UG and Diploma Courses, the exam will be held in online mode. The question paper includes multiple-choice questions and for UG course the question swill comes from physics, chemistry and biology subjects. For UG courses, the duration of the examination will be given 2 hours and for Diploma courses, it will be of 90 minutes. For each correct answer, one mark will be allotted and there will be n negative marking.
For UG (Group A) degree courses other than MBBS, the syllabus for this entrance exam will include the subjects of Physics, Chemistry & Biology followed by the Aptitude Assessment as well. For PG (Group B) diploma courses with Science paper is going to consist of MCQ in Physics, Chemistry & Biology subjects. Furthermore, you will get some questions from General Ability and current topical interest.
Write down all the necessary points in a notebook and learn it with the help of keywords. Solve previous year question paper and different mock papers to practice more. Cover the entire syllabus and revise it thoroughly a few days before the examination. Analyse your preparation by solving sample papers.
As soon as the entrance test will be conducted, the concerned authority will release the answer key which includes all the correct answers from CMC Vellore 2020 exam paper. From this, candidates can get a rough idea about their performance and how much they might score. If any candidate is not satisfied with any of the answer then they may raise the objection which will also charge a fee. However, if your objection turns out to be correct then that fee will be paid back to you as soon as possible.
The cut-off marks are the minimum qualifying marks that a candidate has to obtain in order to get qualified to the examination. The cut-off marks will be released by the authorities along with the result so that candidates can check whether they have qualified the entrance examination or not.

Admit card of CMC Vellore is going to be available via online mode on the official site. The candidates can download the admit card through the official online portal by providing their credential to login. Admit card is a very compulsory document that would be required on the day of examination as no entry will be allowed without admit card.
The result of CMC Vellore 2020 entrance examination is going to be declared by the CMC itself. However, the result for Group A and Group B exam is going to be announced on different dates. The result will available for the candidates to check and download on the official online portal.
Admission/ Counselling Process
After the result is announced and the candidates have also qualified the cut-off marks then the CMC Vellore 2020 Admission procedure will begin. For the candidates of MBBS, the exam is going to start after the announcement of NEET 2020 result. The candidates are required to visit college personally for the admission process with all the relevant documents along with their exam result scorecard.
